Hi, I’m Jake — owner and founder of Party of 5 Repairs LLC. We’re a family-owned and operated handyman and general contracting company proudly serving homeowners throughout Eastern Connecticut. I started this business with one clear goal: to build a household name people can trust without hesitation.
Party of 5 Repairs LLC was created after seeing too many homeowners struggle with unreliable contractors, unclear pricing, and unfinished work. I wanted to do things differently — to offer dependable service, honest communication, and quality craftsmanship on every job, no matter the size. The name reflects my family of five, and that family-first mindset is the foundation of how we operate. When I work on your home, I treat it with the same care and respect as I would my own.
We specialize in residential handyman services, home repairs, general contracting, childproofing, and ongoing home maintenance. From small fixes to larger improvement projects, I focus on showing up on time, keeping a clean job site, and making sure you understand the plan before any work begins. Party of 5 Repairs is owner-operated, which means the person you speak with is the person doing the work.
Founder Jake Conner personally oversees every project and completes the majority of the work himself. When additional help is needed, we bring in trusted, local subcontractors who meet our standards for quality, professionalism, and respect for your home.
We intentionally keep our team small so we can maintain consistent workmanship, clear communication, and accountability on every job. No rotating crews. No surprises. Just reliable work done right.
